What:
I am initiating my first SELL recommendation of Loopnet Inc., Nasdaq ticker (LOOP)
Why:
After doing further due diligence on Loopnet over the last few weeks, my original investment thesis has changed considerably.
In fact, I found out some disturbing trends in the Loopnet business, as well as valuation metrics that don’t give us enough of a risk/reward protection.
I will be sending out a post later tonight outlining this sell recommendation and my reasons for it, but in the mean time, I wanted to sell the 1/4 position that was originally recommended RIGHT NOW.
