I. Why Do I even Need Your Reports?

Simple: To make more money, save your valuable time and find new investing ideas.

Make sound investing decisions that can lead to greater returns without wasting your valuable time and energy doing the same research that I've already done for you!

If you're like me, you're probably sick and tired of wimpy research reports provided by your online broker, online newsletters, or even an institutional broker.

In fact, do you find that even professional analysts just don't seem to be delivering the in-depth research you crave to make an investment decision?

How about "research reports" that you get from your online broker that are little more than a bunch of numbers spit out by a computer?

Or what about those "research reports" that you can purchase online, or through major financial websites, that are little more than off-hand copy and paste jobs and computer generated quantitative research that does little to really help you understand the fundamentals of a company, and what exactly they do?

I was in the same boat you are.

I can't tell you how frustrating it is for me when I am looking for more in-depth research and reporting on companies that I either already own, or am thinking about starting a position in, and can never quite find what I am looking for to help me round out my investing thesis and due diligence.

That's why I have created detailed research reports on EVERY single stock in the PeakStocks.com portfolio, and update them every time there is ANY new material information for any of the companies that I cover.

Why should you pay me for my research reports? Good question.

Here's Why:

  • Make More Money: There's probably only ONE thing you care about more than any other reason for reading a research report and finding out the total scoop on a particular company:

YOU WANT TO MAKE SOME MONEY!

That was EXACTLY why I started this website devoted to small and micro-cap stocks.

I was sick and tired of never finding the thought provoking, detailed and analytical research on the smallest of companies, ones that weren't regularly followed by Wall Street, and that most people have never heard of.

As I explain on my Investing Style page, this is a HUGE potential advantage for us, IF you do your homework, AND weed out the best small companies from the also-rans.

Whether you already own one of the companies that I cover, or are thinking about investing in them, you need to start with a loaded gun, and that means having all the information you can before pulling the trigger.

Increase your chances of making more money by arming yourself with the thorough and expansive research that I already provide for each and every company that I cover.

  • Save Time:Look, there's no need to spend countless hours searching Yahoo! Finance, MSNMoney, reading crappy message board posts or trolling around the company websites searching for the exact same information that I've already compiled for you.

Oh, and for those of you who think that a quick read of what the company does and a simple look at a stock chart is all you need to make sound investment decisions, especially with small companies, you better think again!

Because these companies are the most promising, but also the most risky and most volatile stocks you'll ever invest in, it is in your best interest to know EVERY single aspect of that company.

This includes what they do, how they do it, their competition, their valuation compared to their industry peers and sector, the business outlook, the company's competitive advantages, etc.

If you don't know all of this information, you're doing yourself a disservice and will eventually feel the pain of some serious lost income when the information you needed was out there, if you had just dug a little bit deeper.

Being lazy and trying to make money DON'T go hand-in-hand!

My research reports are designed in such a way as to allow you to get the exact information you need quickly, succinctly, and at the same time are written in such a way that you won't be bored to death, or have to have a degree in finance to understand them!

One more important thing: In order to save you the hassle of trying to keep up with a company that I have written about in one of my research reports on a daily basis, all you have to do is subscribe to my latest blog posts or RSS feed, where I deliver constant real-time updates on all the companies I cover.

If anything ever happens, good or bad, with a particular company that is covered in one of my research reports, you can bet that I'll be right on top of it letting you know all there is to know before it's too late.

  • Find New Investment Ideas: This one's easy. Take a look at the companies in the PeakStocks.com portfolio (yes I own every single one of them!).

How many of them do you know or recognize?

For most people it's probably none, and that's the exact point!

You see, you'll never make a fortune investing in stocks that everyone else invests in.

I explain this in more detail on my Investing Style page, but suffice it to say that the greatest opportunities for capital appreciation are reserved for those who look in places where no one else is looking.

That starts and ends with small and micro-cap stocks.

When you have access to my research reports, you'll learn about small, dynamic, and interesting companies that have the potential to explode and lead to Market Crushing returns.

This isn't just about pie-in-the-sky potential, or companies that are a crapshoot.

Part of my philosophy in recommending the stocks that I have purchased is because not only do they offer a compelling investment opportunity for the future, but they also present a cushion at their current valuation levels. This protects us on the downside, while leaving us with significant upside potential.

You're not going to get that with Coke, or Microsoft, they're just too big, and will never appreciate in price the way a small stock will.

In fact, all the large companies that you already know about now, ALL started off as tiny stocks, similar to the ones that I recommend and invest in!

There's no greater way to make your portfolio returns zing than to sprinkle these kinds of companies into your existing basket of stocks BEFORE they become large companies.

So, to that end, my research reports offer you a compelling opportunity to discover companies and investments that you otherwise probably would never have found, and get in on the ground floor, BEFORE you and the rest of Wall Street hears about them!

The Bottom Line:

Because I invest in every single company that I recommend on my site, it was important to me to make sure that I fully understood the story behind each company, and why and how we could profit from an investment in that company.

I've spent countless hours researching these companies, talking to the CEO's and CFO's, evaluating their business prospects, business trends, valuation, financials, competitors, and much, much more, so that you don't have to!

In fact, my research reports are so thorough, detailed and engaging, they are read by Wall Street analysts and professional traders!

I often get comments from these traders telling me that the research that I do is far and away the best they had ever read when trying to understand a company, and that the level of detail and information provided allowed them to make a sound investing decision.

In fact, I get commissioned by hedge funds, investment banks, and large institutional investors to do research on these types of companies because good research on small and micro-cap companies is hard to find, and my reputation speaks for itself.

Remember: Even though I write about the companies that I cover on my blog, the research reports will always contain information that you will NOT be able to find anywhere on the website, and that I will reserve for only my paying members.

Finally, I am so passionate about what I do and confident that I deliver such a high quality product that will allow you to make a sound and informed investing decision, while at the same time not being "bored" to death100% No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee!

It's as simple as this:

If you aren't satisfied for ANY reason with any of my reports, all you have to do is cancel your subscription, and KEEP the reports!

It's an offer that I would expect myself before plunking down my hard earned money, and one that I feel is fair in allowing you to take my reports for a test drive before committing to anything.

II. What Steps Do You Take To Compile Each Report?

Let me put it this way: No one that isn't a professional analyst has the time, or does the amount of work that I do, for each and every report!

Each research report that I have created is a repository of information that is designed to help you not only learn about each company and what they do, but more importantly, make a sound investing decision.

I've spent countless hours researching every single company that I cover and have compiled all this information in such a way that you'll find what you are looking for quickly and easily.

And for those of you who really want to get their hands dirty and learn every single detail about a particular company, the good news is that it's all there for you.

Whether you are pressed for time and only want to brush up on some quick details of a company, or you want to take your time and really learn all there is to know about a particular company, the reports are designed to help you achieve whichever strategy you choose.

How do the reports do this?

Well, I start by including easy-to-understand charts, graphs, tables and any other piece of pertinent information, and end with a writing style that doesn't require you to have a degree in Finance or Wall Street gibberish to understand what the heck is going on.

In fact, my reports are so thorough and detailed, while also being a quick and breezy read, that they will leave you knowing the ins-and outs of any company that I cover better than most Wall Street analysts!

The thought process and analysis that I put in before recommending any stock to my readers is immense. You can read more about my investing style here.

I want to be sure that I can defend that pick under intense scrutiny, and make sure that my investment thesis is 100% sound.

In order to do that, I create a vast resource of knowledge and information and compile it onto one succinct document.

Here are some of the steps I take before I feel comfortable enough to recommend a company and create a research report for that company:

  • Multiple conversations with management. This includes discussing the business at length with the CEO and/or CFO.
  • Read through all the company's filings such as 10-K's, 10-Q's, Proxy Statements, 8-K's, etc.
  • Listen to and document, every single earnings and conference call.
  • Doing due diligence and digging around talking to competitors, customers, etc.
  • Making sure I understand the complete story by reading up on the industry/sector and developing trends in the marketplace.
  • Gathering all pertinent data like valuation metrics, business trends, conversations with management, etc., to make an informed investment decision.
  • Much, much more...

My Secret Sauce:

At the end of the day, there are subtle details and elements that I look for in a company, that CAN'T be found with just preliminary research, before I put my own money in it, and ultimately, recommend it to my readers.

This is what I like to call my "Secret Sauce", and needless to say, you won't be hearing about it here!

Let's just say that all my years of hard work, intuition, and experience have taught me what to look for in a company that will lead to MARKET CRUSHING returns in the long run.

I literally bust my butt to make sure I understand everything there is to know about each of the companies that I cover, and feel comfortable recommending them, so that once I add that company to my portfolio, it's with the intent to hold on to it for years to come.

Why do I do all this? A few reasons:

  • I am passionate about research and investing in small companies
  • It is the minimum amount of work that I would do for my own investments, and since I own every single stock that I recommend, I better make sure I get my story straight!
  • So that you don't have to!

The level and quality of my research reports are unparalleled.

Each report upholds a certain standard and level of information that I can put my name on and feel good about.

For the level of information that you get in each report, a lot of work goes on behind the scenes, but it's worth it.

Finally, I am so passionate about what I do and confident that I deliver such a high quality product that will allow you to make a sound and informed investing decision, while at the same time not being "bored" to death by analyst speak, that I am offering you a 100% No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee!

1) Information that you will NOT find anywhere else on my website:

Even though I write about the companies that I cover in my research reports on my blog, the research reports will always contain information that you will NOT be able to find anywhere on the website, and that I will reserve for paying members only.

This includes:

  • Exclusive details that aren't fit for publishing that I've received from talking to management or gotten from other sources (think: "off the record" comments)
  • Exact Buy, Hold and Sell price ranges
  • My proprietary Risk Rating analysis and explanation
  • Detailed valuation metrics including: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and my proprietary Valuation Matrix
  • Potential risks associated with owning that stock
  • Why I invested in the company and you should too
  • Exclusive financial data analysis and breakdown including sales, margins, profitability and more
  • Comprehensive analysis of competition, and overall industry
  • Management and Board of Directors breakdown
  • Detailed analysis and explanation about the company
  • Exclusive images, charts, graphs and table
  • and much, much more

I have to make sure that the really juicy stuff stays somewhat private, and is only read by those that are really serious about knowing the whole story about a company.

My website is a starting point in getting to know the companies that I cover, but the research reports are the real meat and potatoes to understanding these businesses and what makes them tick.

2) Exact Buy, Hold and Sell price ranges

Knowing why a company is worth investing in is one thing, but knowing when to pull the trigger and purchase shares is quite another.

I take care of the possible indecision associated with buying and selling the stocks in my research reports by telling you exactly at what prices you should be adding to, holding, or selling off your positions.

In my Quick-Take: 1-Minute Review section at the beginning of each research report I provide you with price ranges for each stock where I feel it is a Strong Buy, a Buy, or a Hold.

And yes, if we need to consider when to sell a stock, I'll also include a Sell price too.

3) The potential risks involved with owning the stock:

There's usually only ONE thing that smart investors want to know before owning a stock:

What's my downside risk?

It does us no good to focus only on what COULD happen on the upside, we also need to know what could happen on the downside.

In each report, I go over in detail, the major aspects of each company that pose significant risks to our investment, and how these might affect the stock price.

No investment is guaranteed, and therefore, careful risk mitigation is key to understanding how you could both profit, and potentially lose money on a particular stock.

Top of Section

4) Proprietary Risk Rating explanation:

Along those same lines, I provide a RISK RATING for each stock that I cover as a means to gauging the amount of risk involved with owning that stock, and the potential for it to decrease in value.

I designed this proprietary measurement to help you quickly gauge the risk of a stock when all the variables are factored in.

When deciding the Risk Rating, I consider things like: overall market and sector conditions, recent price performance of the stock, future prospects of the company, valuation, business trends, discussions with management, size of the company, track record, viability of the business as an ongoing concern, potential volatility in the stock, volume of the stock, etc.

As you can see a lot of thought and analysis goes into deciding what risk rating to assign to each individual company.

The rating system is simple:

- 1 Little or no risk

- 10 The highest possible risk

On every pick, I'll try and assess that particular stock's potential to decline significantly.

While never guaranteed, this rating should help you gauge whether this particular investment is suitable for your portfolio, while also taking into consideration my investment thesis behind that stock.

Of course, please remember that if you only include in your portfolio stocks that have a Risk Rating of 5 or less, more than likely, your returns over time, will probably under-perform the overall PeakStocks.com portfolio, but I wanted to give each individual the most information possible so that you can decide for yourself what is right for you.

5) Why I own the stock and you should too:

It's not enough to just inform you about a company that I cover and explain every single detail about that company.

I feel that it's my duty to explain to you why I own shares in that company, and why you should to.

Just to be clear, I have ABSOLUTELY NO vested interest, nor am being paid by any of the companies that I cover to prop up their share price or tout them.

I thought that if I was going to do research on a company, and then tell everyone about that company, I better be prepared to put my money where my mouth was.

So, to that end, every single stock recommended for purchase on PeakStocks.com, I also own shares in.

6) Detailed explanation of what the company does and how they do it:

Have you ever read a press release from a company you liked and they supply a little blurb at the end that says something like: "company x is the leading manufacturer of blah..blah..."?

It seems that after reading that, I was often more confused about what the company did than ever before.

Why is it that no one out there can just tell you what the heck a company does without the gibberish and double-speak?

The very first thing you'll notice about my research reports is that they are written in plain English.

I tell you exactly what a company does, and how they do it in an interesting and down-to-earth way that I would expect from a conversation with a friend.

Top of Section

7) Thorough analysis of each company that I cover:

Once you know the whole story of what a company does, and how they do it, you then need to know how you can benefit from either market trends, company specific trends or overall market forces that make this investment a compelling stock to own.

This is where most research and reporting on companies falls way short of expectations.

In fact, when we are dealing with small and micro-cap stocks, since there is hardly any analyst coverage on these names, and usually very little press coverage on them either, it is even MORE imperative that you get your story straight and fully understand every aspect of that company.

You can bet that because you've never heard of this company, there are probably many more people out there, professional investors included, that also haven't heard of that company.

As a result of this lack of coverage, odds are that the company's value is mispriced, which gives us a huge advantage, IF we know how to exploit it and can separate a crummy company from the cream of the crop.

Most people are afraid to invest in small companies without the long track records of established brand name players, but there is no reason to be afraid when you are well informed.

And don't forget that the greatest opportunities to make money are almost always in micro-cap and small-cap names. Yep, the ones that hardly anyone knows about or follows!

You'll notice right away that every company that I cover gets the same treatment in terms of my honesty in breaking down the company and why it presents a compelling investment for us right now or in the future.

You won't be left guessing or asking what else you can learn about this company and where you can learn about it.

It's all there for you, in a level of detail and quality that allows you to make an informed decision and get your due diligence in order.

8) 1-Minute Review that gets you caught up on the company fast:

You can quickly and easily learn what the company does, why you should invest in it right now, at what prices I've recommended investment in the stock, quick company details like market cap, current price, etc., and my risk rating for that stock.

9) What's New Ð Inside Scoop:

This is something that long-term subscribers to my reports will really love.

At the beginning of each report, I provide a section that is designed for those of you who are either new to the story, or want to get a quick update, that tells you exactly what has changed since the last report, so you don't have to read the entire report every single time just to find out what is new!

Talk about saving time!

Within this section I also provide commentary you won't find anywhere on my website, discussing these issues and relaying information that I didn't post on my website, or was not allowed to post on my website (think off the record stuff).

Once you've read one of my reports, this section will save you loads of time in getting you up to speed on everything that has gone on at the company since my last research report was issued, in addition to providing you with the commentary and knowledge that only exclusive research report members get.

In addition, for even more frequent updates, I'm talking about real-time updates here, all you have to do is subscribe to my latest blog posts and/or RSS feed and you'll get live updates whenever I post them on all the companies that I cover in all my research reports, before I've even updated the research reports!

10) Company and industry outlook:

We aren't just investing in a company, but also in the industry and sector where it operates.

For instance, it doesn't make much sense to recommend a newspaper stock without looking at the overall newspaper industry.

In fact, closer examination of that industry would lead us to the conclusion that perhaps our money can be better utilized in other investments once we realize that circulation is shrinking, margins are contracting, and most people are moving away from print media to online formats.

This is the kind of information you need to know when analyzing a stock, since no company can escape market forces that are outside of their control.

I'll tell you exactly how each company fits within its industry, the trends that are taking shape within that industry, and why the industry matters to each specific company and how we are going to benefit from that trend.

Top of Section

11) Competitive advantages: why this company will dominate

Obviously I wouldn't be recommending a stock that didn't have some sort of competitive advantage or moat around its business.

I'll tell you exactly what that advantage is, how the company will continue to dominate in its niche or field, and what we need to look out for in the future to make sure that the investment thesis continues to play out.

Top of Section

12) Competition and potential threats to the business:

No company operates in a vacuum.

There is typically always competition, sometimes weak, and sometimes strong, but there is always someone else hot on your heels trying to take what you have.

While I pick companies for my portfolio that offer some sort of market dominance and/or competitive advantage, there are still always threats lurking, even if they are in the distance.

l explain in great detail the competition that each company that I cover faces, and what we need to look out for when investing in that company when it comes to competitive threatsand future entrants into their space.

Top of Section

13) Detailed and easy to read financial data, margin trends, etc:

Needless to say, knowing all about a company, it's competition, and what it does aren't enough.

You need to look deeper, into the financials, and find out how much money that company is making.

What about their margins? Are they increasing, decreasing? Why, and what can we expect as we move forward?

Does the company have hidden items on their balance sheet that we need to be aware of?

What about shrinking sales or profits? What about slowing growth?

How about if a company is making more money, but spending more on growth and thus not actually keeping their cash?

You want COMPLETE financial data, including sales, margins, cash flow, and every other important metric that is used to understand a company.

These are all vital and important statistics to help us round out our investment thesis in any company we are thinking of investing in.

In each report, you get all this information broken down in easy-to-understand tables that are color coded to help you find the information you need to know quickly, and assess the health of a company without wasting your valuable time hunting down these numbers on various financial websites.

In addition to giving you these detailed numbers and figures, I also talk about each one and relay its relative importance to that particular company.

For instance, some companies typically have higher fixed costs than others, so while their margins might appear to be shrinking, it is merely a function of decreased revenue, and could be a great opportunity for us to snap up shares of a company that is in the midst of a turnaround.

Suffice it to say, looking at the financials of a company is vital to understanding the deeper story.

In each report, I'll take you through this process quickly and easily, and bring you up to speed on what's really going on.

Top of Section

14) Proprietary Valuation Matrix:

Once you know the whole story behind a company, and understand the balance sheet and financials, you then need to fully understand where that company sits when compared to its peers and sector for valuation purposes.

In each report, I provide you with a simple proprietary Valuation Matrix that is a color-coded table where I provide comparison valuations for the company in that report compared to up to 3 competitors, and its industry averages, so we can get a better feel for whether the stock is "cheap" or fairly valued at current levels.

It does us no good to do all of our homework and research on a company, look at it's competition, understand its competitive advantages, and look at the balance sheet and financials, only to make a purchase at the wrong time because Wall Street has valued the company far above a level that provides a comfortable risk/reward scenario.

What I typically look for are companies that not only provide compelling investment ideas because of their niche field or some other type of advantage, BUT also ones that provide us with a compelling valuation.

Each report contains everything you need to know to understand the valuation of each company and how it compares to comparable companies that it competes with as well as the sector that it is in.

I then show these valuation comparisons across several metrics, depending on which ones are more important to understanding that particular company.

For instance, some companies are measured purely on their Price to Sales ratio (P/S) or maybe their Price to Earnings ratio (P/E), while for others we take into account a metric called Enterprise Value to EBITDA (EV/EBITDA).

Oh, and don't worry if you don't know what the heck these mean!

I also take care of that with a detailed explanation of the valuation metrics that I am using, and how they are used to measure value, and why I am using them to value that particular company.

No one wants to get stuck paying a high price for a stock right?

This is all about making money.

So make sure you truly understand if the price you are paying for a particular stock is "fair" so you increase your returns, and limit your downside risk.

My research reports will take you through this quickly, easily, and in a way that you don't need a degree in Finance to

15) Management, Board of Directors, etc:

Before you invest in a company, you want to know who you are dealing with.

You want to know who the management team is, who sits on the board of directors, what their vested interest is in the company, and what their background and experience is.

In each report, I'll fully explain who is on the management team and the board of directors, and let you know if there is any funny business going on.

16) Insider/Institutional Ownership and Buying/Selling:

Most people don't know this, but there is a secret on Wall Street that can tell you a lot about a company's future prospects.

It's called Insider Buying or Selling.

Insiders are company executives, like the CEO or CFO, or board members.

We now have full access to this information when analyzing a stock and the management of the company.

Whenever an insider buys or sells their own stock, they have to report it within 48 hours.

Why is this important? Simple.

If management is buying shares of their own company, they believe that things are going to get better and are looking up.

It's usually a bullish sign when insiders are buying, and a bearish sign when they are selling.

So, for instance, if an insider is selling their shares, but telling the press and other investors that things are going great, it throws up a red flag.

The same can be said of institutional buying and selling.

When mutual funds, hedge funds, or other large institutions get into and out of a stock, it moves the price significantly in a very short amount of time.

It's important to look at these trends, and stay on top of them, and see where they are headed.

Oh, and one more detail: We need to also see how many shares of the company the insiders own.

If insiders own a large percentage of the company, it's good news for us as shareholders because their interests are aligned with ours.

When insider ownership is high, they are more likely to run the business properly, and want to see it succeed since so much of their own money and net worth is tied up in the company stock.

In my research reports I'll detail all of this in full, and show you how it compares to the previous year, and if there have been any insider buying or selling that we need to be aware of.

17) Short ratio: who's shorting and why?

Oftentimes the companies that I recommend on my site are out of favor on Wall Street or have been beaten down for any number of reasons.

This presents us with amazing opportunities for future growth, but also comes with risk.

Part of that risk is knowing how many shares of the company are sold short and why.

When someone shorts a stock, they are betting that it will decline in price, and in fact, when large institutions take short positions, the very act of shorting those stocks can cause their share prices to decline.

What we need to know is, why are people shorting the stock, is it a short-term problem, and can we make some money off of the misinformation?

In each research report, I'll detail the number of shares that are sold short in each company, what percentage of the total float that represents, and most importantly for us, what the heck does it mean?

18) Email updates whenever a new report is available:

Don't worry, you won't have to go trolling around my website in search of the latest research report, or panic about not knowing when the latest one has been updated and released.

For those that are subscribed to my All Access plan, I'll let you know when something material has changed and there is a new research report to be downloaded!

You'll also get an update whenever a research report is added for a new company that was not previously covered!

All you have to do is just keep checking your email, and I'll take care of the rest for you.

Oh, and in case you are wondering, even if you just purchased one report and your 7-day subscription lapses, as a courtesy, I'll still let you know when I've updated that company's research report.

19) Read reports online, or as a PDF:

Whether you wanted to look something up quickly, or take your time and really delve into a report, I offer you 2 ways to read all the research reports at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All you have to do is log in, and you can either read my reports online, or simply download a PDF to your desktop that you can then read or print out in the privacy of your own home or office, and keep for future reference.

I wanted to make these reports as easily accessible for my readers as possible, and now they are.

20) Archives:

Because each research report is a rich source of information and detailed analysis, I have kept all past research reports of companies that I no longer follow, in an archives section for All Access members only.

The reasons why I no longer cover these companies varies, but if there was ever a company that you wanted to know more about that I used to track or invest in, you can simply access the archives section, and have the same access to all past research reports.

The Bottom Line:

Because I invest in every single company that I recommend on my site, it was important to me to make sure I fully understood the story behind each company, and why and how we could profit from an investment in that company.

The bottom line is that if I didn't feel strongly about the research that I do on a continual basis, I would never think of even letting others read what I have done, let alone asking them to pay for my work!

You know that time is money as they say, and when looking to make more money, time is really a valuable commodity.

I understand this, and know how hard the average investor works trying to find small hidden companies that not a lot of people know about that they can ride for outsized gains for years to come.

That's why I've broken each research report down into simple and easy-to-understand sections so that whether you are an expert analyst or a beginning investor, you can quickly learn about that particular company either with my 1-minute Review or the What's New - Inside Scoop section and summary that details anything that has changed since the last time I updated the research report, or through a more in-depth read that will help you get a handle on every aspect of that company you ever wanted to know about.

I've wasted countless hours and read so many dead-end research reports that never answered my questions, or helped me to understand the company I was investing in with nearly the detail that I was looking for, that I wanted to make sure you would never feel that frustration.

Heck, I even subscribe to various online newsletters and other web site's research reports in the hopes of cutting down on the time that I spend doing this stuff!

But you know what?

None of them has yet to deliver with a product that I would consider worthy of my hard earned money!

I know you feel the same too, which is why you are reading this now, and are considering taking my research reports for a spin.

So, because I am passionate about what I do and confident that I deliver such a high quality product that will allow you to make a sound and informed investing decision, while at the same time not being "bored" to death by analyst speak, I am offering a 100% No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee!

It's as simple as this:

If you aren't satisfied for ANY reason with any of my reports, all you have to do is cancel your subscription, after you have made your purchase, and KEEP the reports!

It's an offer that I would expect myself before plunking down my hard earned money, and one that I feel is fair in allowing you to take my reports for a test drive before committing to anything.

You can either get started and choose which report you want to download and read, or subscribe to all past and future reports for the next 6 months via my All Access plan.

So by now you're probably wondering how this works right?

I didn't want to make things complicated by installing all these different price points, so here goes:

You have 2 options:

Arrow Either purchase an individual report you wish to read a la carte for only $49.95 or,

Arrow Subscribe to my 6-month All Access plan for just $99.95 to access every single report past, present and future.

A La Carte - One Report Only:

I realize that some of you might only care about one of the companies that I cover, and only want to read about that company once, for various reasons:

So, for those who only want ONE report, I created my A La Carte plan.

A La Carte

Money-Back Guarantee!

Users of this plan get access to ONLY ONE research report, for a 7-Day period.

V. Research Reports For Companies I Don't Cover

What about companies that you currently don't cover?

I've hand picked each and every company for the PeakStocks.com portfolio after weeks and oftentimes months, of research and diligence.

These are companies that I believe in, that I have put through the ringer, and that have passed all my tests with flying colors.

As time goes on, I will be adding more and more companies to the universe of stocks that I cover, and in turn, put out more and more research reports covering those stocks.

Remember that it is not easy to find amazing and undiscovered companies that are poised to explode before anyone else has found them, and be able to get in at great prices.

There's a method to my madness here on PeakStocks.com, and the bottom line for us is MAKING MONEY!

That means taking a slow and methodical approach to the companies that I cover, and making sure that they are the types of companies that we want to hold for years to come.

Finding these types of companies takes a lot of research and effort.

Yea, but what about research reports for companies that you don't cover? That's a great question.

I am always on the lookout for new and interesting small and micro-cap companies that are poised to become the next great company.

That being said, one of my methodologies for beating the market is to have a concentrated portfolio of micro-cap and small-cap stocks, because in the long run, that will yield us the highest returns on investment, and literally CRUSH the overall market.

So, basically, in order to adhere to this investing tenet, I will build up the portfolio to about 10-20 stocks tops, and continually rotate in and out of companies that I feel offer us a better chance for outsized gains for our investing dollar.

For instance, when we get to that point, if there are 2 stocks that offer equally compelling value, and interest, I'll rotate out of the one that has already appreciated past what I would feel is a "fair" value, and rotate our capital into the newer name that has a better chance to appreciate.

This will likely always cause the portfolio to be very concentrated, and thus never dilute what I am trying to accomplish.

What if I would like you to cover a company that is currently not in your portfolio?

This scenario has already taken place.

For institutional investors, brokers, dealers, hedge funds, etc., I offer paid and commissioned research, as well as private and white label research products.

Read below to learn more about these options.

VI. Are You an Institutional Investor?

Commissioned, private and white label research available.

Let's face it, if you work on Wall Street and are looking for timesaving research on small-cap and micro-cap stocks, your choices are very limited.

Since I started PeakStocks.com, I've been commissioned by various hedge funds, PIPE investors, mutual fund and endowment managers, as well as traders, for my expertise and insight into the small-cap and micro-cap realm of stocks.

I often get comments from these traders telling me that the research that I do is far and away the best they had ever read when trying to understand a company, and that the level of detail and information provided allowed them to make a sound investing decision.

The reason that I get commissioned to do research on these types of companies is because great research on small and micro-cap companies is hard to find, and my reputation speaks for itself.

There are 3 options for purchasing and/or commissioning research reports from me:

1 - White Label: You can purchase access to one of my research reports that I have already created, but erase all traces of the PeakStocks.com name, watermarking, and copyright protection mechanisms, and insert your own name onto the research report. The report cannot be altered in any way.

2 - Private Label: You can purchase full rights to one of my reports that I have already created, and edit it for your own needs. You then have non-exclusive rights to that report.

3 - Commissioned Research: For research on any company that I currently do not cover, I offer fully commissioned research reports on a case-by-case basis. You own the full exclusive rights to this research report.

Contact me for more details and to get a price quote.

PLEASE NOTE: While I am available to provide commissioned research on any company's stock, because of potential conflicts of interest, I will NOT tout or recommend any stock that is currently not in the peakstocks.com portfolio as a result of this commissioned research.

The report will be done outside the scope of PeakStocks.com, and will in no way reflect the views of the site, or influence my recommendations.
